• 35 years of experience as a non-surgical hair replacement specialist and a qualified trichologist for 26 years
• Designed and created treatment process and protocols while acting as lead trainer for “train-the-trainers” programme for Harvard Addhair Technologies, a leader in innovative hair adding technology & professional hair care that first established in England 60 years ago
• Setup and developed hair and scalp treatments for Svenson Hair Center in Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei
• Chief trichologist and technical director for the Svenson group of companies in Asia Pacific until 2013
• Chief advisor for Harvard Hong Kong
• Operation director for Svenson and Crown centres in Thailand from 2007 - 2013
